In this scene or frame, we see the two main characters, Ramona and Scott, stand very close to each other, we can see in just this single frame there is a bit of awkwardness between the two characters, as they're trying to avoid eye-contact with each other also that Scott is very nervous and is crushing his red cup because his nervous seem to much for him to handle.
In this scene we can see a low angle shot, we can tell this character is quite strange. As his costume, hair and make up are not something an ordinary person would wear every day. Also his make up by his eyes makes him look evil because it darkens his eyes.
This scene is set in Scott's apartment, the clothes in the middle of the floor shows that he is a lazy character. He is also sat right behind the door because he is desperate for his parcel to get delivered by Ramona.
